Tenders and procurement
ASIC manages and reports its tenders and procurements in accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
The Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) are the instrument related to procurement created under section 105B of the PGPA Act.
Requests for tender
ASIC tenders are advertised on the AusTender website.
Any enquiries regarding ASIC's tenders and procurements should be emailed to procurement@asic.gov.au.
Annual procurement plan
The annual procurement plan provides potential suppliers with an indication of likely procurements in the coming financial year to give them advance knowledge of ASIC's supply requirements.
The annual procurement plan is available from the AusTender website and will be published in June of each year for the following financial year.
Senate Order on departmental and agency contracts for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024
Pursuant to the Senate Order, details of procurement contracts entered into by ASIC during the preceding calendar or financial year, value at or above $100,000 (including GST), are available on the AusTender website.
The accountable authority of ASIC has assured that the listed contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions.
The estimated cost of complying with the senate order is $1,000.
Grants
The accountable authority of ASIC has assured that in accordance with the Commonwealth Grants Rules and Guidelines 2017 all reportable grants from 31 December 2017 are provided in GrantConnect.
GrantConnect provides centralised publication of forecast and current Australian Government grant opportunities and grants awarded. To access the grant guidelines and annexures, including template grant agreement (Grant Documents) for each grant opportunity, you need to register as a user on GrantConnect. Once registered, you can search, view and download reports for grant opportunities and grant awards allocated from the AA Fund. If you supply goods or services to us, you have the right to be treated fairly throughout the procurement process. As a supplier, you have the right to have complaints investigated quickly and without disadvantage.
Lodging a complaint
If you have concerns relating to a procurement process and wish to discuss them informally, you can approach the procurement contact officer in the first instance. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can make a formal complaint.

Complaints made under the GPJR Act must be made in writing immediately after becoming aware of the alleged breach of the relevant Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs).
