Charges laid against Victoria Renee Ingrid Larsen of Aberfoyle Park, South Australia, have been withdrawn.

Ms Larsen was the sole director of Club Culture Pty Ltd (ACN 104 943 615).

The prosecution had alleged that Ms Larsen twice exercised her power as a director of Club Culture while the company was in liquidation and made a false or misleading statement in a document lodged with ASIC (21-154MR).

As a result of developments in the case, the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) considers that it is now not in the public interest to continue with the prosecution of Ms Larsen. The CDPP withdrew all charges against Ms Larsen during a hearing at the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 26 August 2022.

The matter was being prosecuted by the CDPP following an ASIC referral.
