CP 330 Using the product intervention power: Continuing credit contracts

This consultation paper sets out ASIC’s proposal for using our product intervention power in Pt 7.9A of the Corporations Act 2001 in relation to a class of financial products. We are seeking the views of interested stakeholders, including industry and consumers, on our proposal.
