RG 252 Keeping superannuation websites up to date

This regulatory guide was withdrawn on 28 September 2023.

It provided guidance on ASIC Superannuation (RSE Websites) Instrument 2017/570, which was repealed on 28 September 2023, following the repeal of section 29QB of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993. Section 29QB required superannuation trustees to make certain information publicly available. These requirements were remade in the Corporations Regulations 2001.
