Purpose	Auditors must submit a Triennial statement every three years to maintain registration as an auditor. From 2004, form 912A must be lodged instead.

	907C by registered auditor & liquidator		$96
Lodging Period	1 month	Late Fees	$96 for up to one month late $401 for over one month late
